Delivery Terms & Conditions
Most orders placed Monday to Thursday before 6pm are despatched the next day. All orders processed on Friday through to Sunday before 6pm will be dispatched Monday. Orders will be shipped with UPS, DHL, TNT, Feddex, GLS, Seur DPD, Correos, Dachser when orders are despatched you will receive a dispatch email with your fastway tracking reference which you can look up online at www.zazeda.com/order_tracking. Normally delivery around 7-14 days but there can be delays due to COVID at this time. We will advise you that a signature will be required as proof of delivery.
UK and USA
USA customers can expect delivery of their orders within 3-21 days. Customers in city destinations may receive their parcels faster than customers in rural areas. Orders will be dispatched with DHL mailnly. Orders with high costs will be sent with DHL registered post only.

Rest of the World
We use CMS International Registered Delivery. To check your delivery time estimate then please refer to the link. The order status can be checked at www.zazeda.com/order_tracking
If you have a specific query about a delivery address outside of EU or UK, please contact us using email@example.com and we will be able to give you a specific delivery quote.
In the unlikely event of an item not being available, we will contact you to suggest alternative goods where appropriate, or to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery.
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to stock availability. All delivery charges are subject to change.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return or post the item in its original and unused condition, along with wrapping and receipt to Rotata group Ltd within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange it or offer you a refund with 5% deduction
Please note, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and in the correct packaging and the customer must pay postage costs back to us, and we in turn will pay for your items to be resent to you. We are NOT responsible for the payment of postage for returning goods. Refunds will be issued less the cost of delivery. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
Please note, If you cancel your order 24 hours after ordered you will be refunded excluding 3%

For returns, we will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately). After we receive returned goods we check them and after 3 working days we send you detailes about your refund.
Please Note: As Fullips enhancers are for the personal use of each customer, there are no returns once purchased. This does not affect your statutory right.
